Tandoori Paneer and Spinach Flatbread

INGREDIENTS

  • Sach Tandoori Paneer Meal
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach 
  • 2 X Naan Flatbread 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 425° and place 2 naan on a sheet pan

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over med-high. Sauté half the spinach with salt/pep 1-2 min until wilted; add remaining spinach and cook 1-2 min more until all spinach is wilted; set aside

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil over med-high in a skillet; sear paneer 1-2 min on each side until browned

  • Spread sauce onto naan, layer with spinach and paneer; bake 5-7 min until naan is crispy and hot, then slice in half!
