Mint Paneer Burger with Chili-Avocado Creme

A creamy cutlet of Paneer & coarsely crushed avocado gives an exciting twist to this Sunday brunchūü•ā

Since Paneer is high in calcium and protein, it keeps you full and your hunger pangs at bay


INGREDIENTS: 

  • 3 oz (about half a pack) of Sach Mint Chutney Paneer (Buy here), cut into slices
  • ‚Öst head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced (about 1 cups) or spinach leaves¬†
  • 2 Gluten-Free Organic Buns
  • 1 tomato (cut into slices)

Chili-Avacado Creme

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Serrano/Jalapeno¬† Peppers
  • 1 Cup chopped Cilantro¬†
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Kosher or fine sea salt¬†

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. To make the Crema: Mash avocados, cilantro, sour cream, Serrano Pepper, in a food processor or blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and fold gently until thoroughly mixed
  2. To assemble the burgers: 
    1. Spread each bun bottom with a layer of Avocado-chili Crema
    2. Add about 1/3 cup Spinach or slaw, lightly grilled slice of Paneer and finally the bun top
