Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread pesto on flatbread and top with tomatoes, red onion, and paneer. Bake for 10-15 minutes until tomatoes and onion start to soften.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before adding a few handfuls of arugula. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar or glaze. Slice and enjoy!
