Paneer Pesto Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough* or store-bought flatbread
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • ½ block plain Sach paneer, grated
  • ¾ cup pesto
  • Few handfuls of arugula
  • Olive oil, balsamic vinegar or glaze

*If using, prepare pizza dough according to package directions and let cool slightly.
