The Beginning
It started in our tiny
San Francisco apartment.
In 2019, we started making paneer in our kitchen. Small batches, a lot of experimenting, and one very clear idea: make the kind of paneer we'd be excited to cook with, serve to friends, and feed our family.
We weren't trying to reinvent paneer. We just wanted to give it the attention, quality, and recognition it had always deserved.
What began in our apartment has since found its way into kitchens across America. But the reason we started hasn't changed.

We couldn't think of a better name for the food we want to make. It's a promise on every pack: we tell you what's in it, and we keep the list short.
