If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. However, If your food products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt.
There will be no refund of shipping charges except in cases in which SACH Foods shipped the incorrect or damaged product. If a product is found to be damaged during shipping you will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
For orders that were either sent incorrect or damaged during shipment, please send us an email at hello@sachfoods.com with your order number and details on why you were unsatisfied with your purchase. When possible, please include a picture of how the order arrived so we can take this up with the shipping company. After reviewing the details sent, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sachfoods.com. Please do not ship your item. Please send us a picture of it instead. We'll review your request and ship you a replacement or offer you a refund as long as it qualifies for either based on our policy mentioned above under Returns.
Any and all inquires regarding exchanges or refunds should be made within 7 days after delivery
