Our Founders

We started SACH because we missed the food we grew up with — the honest, home-cooked Indian flavors that brought our families together. "Sāch" means honest in Hindi, and that's the promise behind everything we make: real ingredients, real recipes, no shortcuts.

It began with a single wholesale customer at a little pizza shop in Berkeley, and somehow grew into paneer and pizzas on shelves across the country. Bringing our Indian Pizzas to Costco is a milestone we never imagined — and we can't wait for you to taste them.
