Paneer Tikka

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

  • 1½ tbsp oil
  • 1½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala (crucial!!)
  • 1¼ tsp ginger–garlic paste (crucial!!)
  • 6 tbsp Greek yogurt or thick hung curd
  • 200g Sach Foods paneer, cut into hearts (or whatever shape)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 to 2 bell peppers (I prefer red and green)
  • 1 tbsp oil to brush the tops
  • 1 tbsp flour
