In a bowl, combine yogurt, oil, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, and chaat masala to a mixing bowl.
Add the ginger–garlic paste and flour, and mix well.
Cube/chop your veggies and add them to the bowl along with the paneer pieces.
Coat everything in the marinade, carefully so as to not break the paneer!!
Cover the bowl and let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
10 min before taking out the paneer, preheat the oven to 425°F. Then line a pan with foil and spread marinated mixture on the pan as shown in the video.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, flip, then bake another 8–10 minutes. Brush with oil or butter if desired.
Then, to emulate the charred flavor, turn on broil setting in the oven and broil the paneer for a few minutes.
Serve hot with cilantro and lemon wedges, and DEVOURRR
