Instructions:
Preheat your over to 450 degrees
Cut your cabbage into wedges and set aside
Add 80ml of water into our Green Chutney and stir to combine
Apply a generous layer of Green Chutney onto your cabbage
Drizzle your wedges with olive oil
Roast your wedges on the top rack for 15 minutes until charred
Season cabbage with salt and pepper to taste and serve!
