Couscous paneer, and veggie salad with lemon za'atar vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pearled couscous
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 block of Original Sach Paneer
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon za'atar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
