INSTRUCTIONS
Cook couscous according to package directions and set aside.
While the couscous cooks and cools, cube paneer and chop vegetables. Add paneer, vegetables, and parsley to cooked couscous in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, za'atar, vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine, pour over couscous salad, and toss to combine.
Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
