INSTRUCTIONS
Start by slicing the paneer in 2 in slices and cutting cabbage and onions into thin slices. Set aside.
Prepare ingredients for the sauce, cut stems off of parsley and cilantro, pluck mint leaves, peal garlic and shallot, and cut chilis.
In a blender or food processor, add all sauce ingredients, and blend until combined and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl add pancake ingredients and combine.
Heat your preferred frying pan, once warm add a neutral oil and coop pancake batter into the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes per side)
Serve with sauce and enjoy!
