Instructions:
Cut Paneer into cubes, bell pepper and onion into slices, and chop cilantro finely.
Add cilantro to guacamole and set aside.
In a heated pan, fry paneer in oil until golden brown and crispy.
Warm your tortillas on a heated skillet for a minute or so on both sides.
Assemble your tacos! Spread guacamole on tortillas, add paneer, veggies and finish with some lime juice. Enjoy!
