Instructions:
Prepare your ingredients, shred veggies for Coleslaw, slice onions, and mince garlic and parsley.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Combine BBQ sauce and paneer cubes together, don't forget to save some of the BBQ sauce!
Add onions and a garlic to a heated pan and sauté with BBQ sauce. Once the onions soften and begin to caramelize add paneer in and sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes or until cooked.
Prepare your Coleslaw by mixing your shredded veggies with mayo, apple cider vinegar, male syrup, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
Build your sliders on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, with our BBQ paneer and onion mixture, Coleslaw, and mozzarella cheese! We put our Coleslaw on the bottom, but we'd recommend putting it on top!
Bake your Sliders for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
