Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Cut your paneer into 2 slices and batter is flour, egg, and panko (in that order!)
Fry your paneer slices in hot oil for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown. (Pro tip: we like to dip a wood chopstick in to see if the oil is ready. You’ll know when you’re good to go when there are bubbles forming around the chopstick!)
Cut bread into slices, and prepare chutney per the package instructions
Spread chutney on one side and drizzle olive oil on the other. Add paneer and cheese on top and bake in the oven for a few minutes.
Once the cheese has melted, spread mayo on the slice of bread that was drizzled in olive oil, and add sprouts.
Put both halves of your sandwich together, and that’s it!
