Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and prep your ingredients. Chop your veggies and paneer so they are the same size and if you’re using wood skewer sticks make sure to soak them for at least 30 min!
Skewer all of your ingredients except for mushrooms and season with olive oil, garam masala, coriander, turmeric, salt and, pepper and place on a baking sheet.
Bake skewers on the top rack for a 5-10 minutes on each side or until your desired char.
Once everything is cooked add your mushrooms to the skewers and serve!
